This workshop empowered 30+ parents, teachers, and teen leaders with:

β Nutrition Basics β Identifying malnutrition signs and affordable superfoods.
β Disease Prevention β Malaria nets use, vaccination awareness, and first aid.
β Mental Health First Aid β Spotting trauma symptoms in children.
