All men are created in the image of God as equal in rights and dignity. This is the theological concept on which gender justice is based. Gender justice recognizes and addresses systems and situations of imbalance and injustice to help transform relationships between people.

In collaboration with its member, the SCA develops tools and resources to ensure gender equality at all levels of work and ministry. We achieve this through awareness, action, advocacy and accountability to overcome discrimination, sexism and violence. In partnership with the United Nations and other secular and faith-based organizations, we pay particular attention to the human rights and economic empowerment of women, as well as the elimination of sexual and gender-based violence in churches and communities Society in general.

The SCA views men and boys as partners in its pursuit of gender justice in the schools and society.

what we do

At SCA, our goal is to empower women, girls and all people at risk of exclusion within the communities in which we work to take action and demand integrity, by actively participating in building institutions to promote a open and responsible world. , and listening to their needs and expectations.

Since 2016, Stop Child Abuse (SCA) through the women’s advancement project “Students Acting for Honesty, Integrity and Equality” – raises awareness and campaigns for the achievement of education goals and gender equality set by Sustainable Development Goals 4 (quality education) and 5 (achieve gender equality and empower all women and girls).

The objective of the campaigns organized by SCA aims to raise awareness among parents, decision-makers, opinion leaders and civil society of their effective and efficient commitment to the education of girls, including those living with a disability.
